FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Coaching vs. Therapy: What’s the difference?

Therapy is for healing and uncovering the past. Coaching is for architecting the future. We are forward-focused, strategic, and results-driven. If you are ready to move from "understanding" to "action," you are ready for coaching.

Is this for me?

This is for the original thinkers, the creators, and the leaders who feel a gap between their current reality and their true potential. It’s for you if you’re tired of playing small, navigating transitions alone, or feeling "stuck in the loop."

Who is it not for?

If you are looking for a "quick fix" or a magic wand, this isn’t the space for you. Transformation requires skin in the game. I work with clients who are ready to be challenged, open to evolving their perspective, and committed to doing the work between sessions.

How do we start?

The first step is a Discovery Call. It’s a relaxed, 30-minute conversation to map out your goals and see if our energies align. No high-pressure pitches—just a clear look at what’s possible.

What happens between sessions?

Change doesn't happen in the hour we spend together; it happens in the hours in between. Each session ends with a tailored action plan. I provide ongoing check-ins and accountability to ensure your momentum never stalls.

Do I have to be a creative or part of the queer community to work with you?

Not at all. While I specialize in these areas because of my personal and professional background, I work with any high-performer ready to move. If you have an "original thinker" mindset and a drive for change, we’ll speak the same language.

What are your credentials?

I combine twenty years of Creative Direction with a strategic, certification-backed coaching framework designed for leaders and original thinkers:

  • Certified Leadership Coach (Coach Academy)

  • Certified Executive Coach (Coach Academy)

  • Media Studies Degree (University of Guelph)

  • Public Relations Diploma (Humber College)

  • Creative Director | 15+ years in the corporate & creative sectors.

Does location matter?

I work with clients globally via Zoom, with a primary focus on Canada, the USA, Australia, and NZ. If you’re local to Toronto, in-person sessions at my studio are available.
